Cylinder head repair, rebuild and conversion services benefit from a quick turnaround without compromising on quality. On the rare occasion that we don't have a reconditioned cylinder head which meets your needs, we can recondition and restore your existing cylinder head.

- All cylinder heads are then inspected for cracks and distortion to check their suitability for remanufacture.
- All cam housings are checked and restored to specification; non-conforming parts are replaced with a new casting.
- Bolt and stud threads are cleaned and any damaged threads are replaced. Valve guides are measured for wear and re-sized or replaced as necessary.
- All heads are refaced to ensure the optimum surface finish specified by the engine or gasket manufacturer.
- Valve seats are machined to the correct seat angle, width and depth.
- Valves are measured for stem wear, head thickness, straightness, and are refaced or renewed as required.
